drone photographs

Photographs taken from a drone, like photographs taken from any other perspective, can qualify for the “Guaranteed TCQ” label if they meet all nine qualifications of the Trust Checklist.

(As always, if there is anything confusing or potentially deceptive about the perspective, the photographer must add an “IC” with an explanation to meet Q8.)

If only one person is responsible for the drone flight, that person would usually be “the photographer” whose name would back up the guarantee on a “Guaranteed TCQ” photograph.

But if it is a larger drone operation and multiple people are involved, the person responsible for the photographs taken from the drone — a person that may not be the drone operator — would usually be “the photographer” whose name would back up the guaranteed on a “Guaranteed TCQ” photograph.
