“Flopping” is the left-to-right reversal of an image (reproducing it as a mirror image of itself), something that is sometimes done to published photographs that don’t have clear “right-way” things (like words) in them.

Flopping a photograph always disqualifies it from Q2, Q7, and from TCQ, regardless of how or why the flopping is done, regardless of how it is labeled and presented, and regardless of whether viewers would notice.
